Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating agency wide CQI and quality assurance activities; supervising CQI department (including Medicaid compliance); working with program directors to monitor program outcomes and contract compliance; collecting and sharing information with stakeholders; and leading initiatives to improve quality of services. This position serves as an external representative of the organization and requires the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the community. FOSTER CARE SITE SUPERVISOR – CHAMPAIGN

Position responsibilities include providing supervision, information, and acts as a resource for assigned staff members. Evaluates all site-related services to ensure the meeting of time and cost efficiencies, as well as sensitivity to the cultural differences in the service population. Schedules, coordinates and/or facilitates regular staff meetings to communicate important issues, policies and changes within the organization, interviews and recommends for hire new staff members. Provides field training, perspective, and support to empower staff to deliver quality services. Develop work schedules, performance evaluations, and promotional recommendations for supervised staff. As necessary, act as a back-up for supervised staff, stepping in to fulfill essential duties. Prepare necessary reports for decision making and documentation by the agency as well as state and federal agencies. Act as a liaison between The Center for Youth and Family Solutions and other agencies and community organizations, attending meetings and sharing information as needed. Provides input and feedback on issues related to the agency, as a whole, to supervisor. Provides an example of collaboration, professionalism and productive teamwork.
