The Child Care Association of Illinois (CCAI), a state association dedicated to improving the delivery of social services to the abused, neglected, and troubled children, youth and families of Illinois. CCA monitors legislation that impacts children, youth and families in the areas of child welfare, child mental health, juvenile justice, residential youth care and special education.
Illinois Partners for Human Service, a statewide network of organizations that advocate for high quality, responsible, and sustainable approaches to providing human service in Illinois and advocate for access to bedrock public services such as early childhood learning, after school programs, family support, assistance to the disabled, workforce training, violence prevention, and home care for the elderly.
