CYFS Board Member Selected as 2014 Edgar Fellow

CYFS Board Member Janet Mathis is one of 40 emerging Illinois leaders who has been chosen as a 2014 Edgar Fellow. Mathis was chosen from a pool of 160 highly qualified nominees. This year’s Edgar Fellows include leaders from state and local government, community groups, civic organizations and the private sector. Each class includes Fellows from Chicago, the suburbs and downstate Illinois and reflects the gender, racial, political, and geographic diversity of Illinois.
