How We Assure Quality Services
The New Day Senior Services Program continually looks for ways to better meet the needs of our clients and we hold ourselves accountable to provide quality services. The program is monitored by the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Heart of Illinois United Way, The United Way for Spoon River Country, and the Council on Accreditation for Children and Families. We especially value client feedback and use input from seniors to improve our service delivery. We are also committed to transparency, and share our outcomes with our stakeholders – clients, funding sources, donors, and the general public.
